GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES
Check out these gluten-free beauties! 🥞 I’ve tinkered with gluten-free pancake recipes over the years because g-free pancakes can be a lil mushy and not that great. Fast forward to me finally locking down the perfect recipe. I hope you love these! I don’t recommend this recipe for waffles, we’ve tried it and it’s not the best.
GLUTEN-FREE PANCAKES
PREP TIME: 20 mins
COOK TIME: 15 mins
SERVING SIZE: 4-6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
Cup4Cup Pancake Mix
Vanilla
Cinnamon
2 Ripe Bananas
1 Siggi’s Dairy Free Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
1/2 Bottle of Seltzer
3 Eggs
HOW TO MAKE THEM:
Mix the wet add the dry and cook in a non stick pan. Seltzer makes them fluffy! Add enough to make the batter resemble a thick cake batter. Cook with a lil butter & serve. Even your gluten-loving family will love them.
