Finding a garlic-free hummus would be like finding a unicorn, ​I​'ve​ never ​seen one at a restaurant or in a store. There may be “sweet” hummus varieties made without garlic, but hummus isn’t meant to be sweet. Truly missing hummus, I was determined to figure out how to make the best garlic-free hummus.

This potato recipe has become a go-to in our home and I often bring it to dinner parties. It’s delicious, travels well, and is a crowd-pleaser. The potatoes are crispy and creamy in contrast to the rich labneh and spice from the Aleppo pepper.
