NEW YORK EATS
CECCONI’S
I love Cecconi’s restaurants and have eaten at their locations in New York, Miami, Los Angeles and Barcelona. In all locations I’ve been to they’ve catered to my allergies and take them seriously. Their food is delicious and I always have plenty of options. For my gluten-free friends they have many options for you too! Looking for a chic restaurant for brunch or dinner for literally any occasion, book a table at Cecconi’s. Clearly not sponsored, but I’m available and open to sponsorship, call me Cecconi’s.
MY GO-TO LUNCH ORDER:
Butter Lettuce Salad with sprouts, avocado, tomato, and I add either chicken or salmon. For dressing I ask for olive oil and lemon. *Garlic-Free & Gluten-Free Options
PETER LUGER’S
Peter Luger's is our favorite steakhouse. It’s a quintessential classic New York eatery. We love eating at Luger’s for any occasion. The steak is delicious. ⚠️The only item you have to avoid is Luger's Steak Sauce, which does contain garlic. I’ll often bring a little container of fancy Maldon Sea Salt to sprinkle on my steak. 💚Pro-Tip: Steakhouses are always easy to eat #garlicfree at because they offer tons of side dish options, and a quality steakhouse will never ruin a great steak by marinating it in garlic.

German Potatoes
Creamed Spinach
Holy Cow Hot Fudge Sundae
AURORA SOHO
A friend brought me to Aurora Soho for lunch one afternoon and I was blown away with how accommodating they were to my garlic allergy. I ordered the Insalata di Campo con Pollo and have ordered it many times since. Make sure to tell them no garlic or onion as the salad does come served with scallions. If you’re looking for a place to eat in Soho, I highly recommend Aurora. The food is delicious, fresh and it really feels like a hidden gem. *Garlic-Free Options
