You never knew you needed strawberry salsa in your life until right now. While grilling chicken for some tacos I took stock of what we had on hand to make pico or salsa and wound up with Strawberry Salsa! It turned out to be an incredible combo or fresh, sweet and spicy. If you’re a fan of peach or mango salsa try strawberries next time.

INGREDIENTS

  • A pint of ripe sweet strawberries

  • 3 tomatoes

  • 1/2 jalapeño

  • Some cilantro

  • Half a lime and some salt

  • Dice everything, toss in a bowl and serve.
