The “thing” that makes this sandwich dynamite is Beth’s Farm Kitchen - Mighty Hot Pepper Jelly, it’s the perfect combination of sweet heat. It may sound odd to put this on an egg sandwich, or any sandwich for that matter, but it’s 100% the right move. Try my spin on a classic breakfast sandwich with cheddar cheesy scrambled eggs, avocado, mighty hot pepper jelly and gluten-free toast.

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 Pasture Raised Eggs

  • Cheddar Cheese

  • 1 Avocado

  • Sliced Cucumbers or Pickles (your call)

  • Beth’s Farm Kitchen Might Hot Pepper Jelly

  • Gluten Free Bakery Original Sandwich Bread

AVOCADO, EGG AND CHEESE

Scramble some eggs, toss in cheddar or any cheese you have on hand. Toast your bread and assemble the avocado, eggs, cukes or pickles and slather the bread in Beth’s Farm Kitchen Mighty Hot Pepper Jelly. (This is also delicious on any sandwich!)
